Our products are made with a blend of fragrance oils, water, alcohol, and other ingredients selected for their intended purpose and performance. If you have allergies or sensitivities or would like ingredient information for a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.

2. Where can I use the Room & Linen Spray?

Our Room & Linen Spray can be used on most washable fabrics, including bed linens, pillows, curtains, upholstery, towels, and clothing. It can also be sprayed into the air to freshen rooms. Avoid spraying directly on leather, suede, unfinished wood, polished surfaces, and electronic devices.

7. Do you accept customized orders?

Yes. We accept customized orders for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, giveaways, souvenirs, and other special occasions. We can customize product labels, packaging, and scents to suit your event or brand.

3. How long does the fragrance last?

The fragrance usually lasts between 6 and 24 hours, depending on the type of fabric, the surrounding environment, and how much product is used.

9. How should I store your products?

Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Keep containers tightly closed when not in use to help maintain product quality.

4. Will the spray leave stains or residue?

Our formula dries quickly and is designed to leave little to no residue when used as directed. We recommend testing on a small, hidden area before applying it to delicate or specialty fabrics.

5. Are your products safe to use around children and pets?

Our products are intended for their recommended use and should not be sprayed directly on people or pets. Allow the mist to dry completely and keep the area well ventilated before children or pets come into contact with treated surfaces.

8. How long does production take?

Regular orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Customized orders generally take 2–4 weeks, while larger projects may require 4–8 weeks, depending on the order size and requirements.

10. What payment and delivery options are available?

We accept payments through PayPal, BPI, Metrobank, Maya, and GCash. Orders can be shipped via J&T Express or LBC Express. Same-day delivery may also be available in eligible areas through Lalamove or GrabExpress.
