Production & Lead Times

Standard Orders

Products from our regular collection are typically prepared and ready for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery time will depend on your selected courier and destination.

Special/Customized Orders

We also accept orders for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, giveaways, souvenirs, and other special occasions.

As a general guide:

• Customized labels using our existing products: 2–4 weeks

• Large orders or projects with additional customization: 4–8 weeks

Please note that production begins only after:

• Your quotation has been approved;

• Your artwork or label design has been finalized and approved; and

• Payment has been confirmed.

What May Affect Lead Times
